Clik here to view.This week’s episode features a new story from one of our local winners of the PBS KIDS Writers Contest. The story is Bob the Littlest Whaleshark and it’s from a few years ago. The reason we wanted to be sure to get this one animated and added to our collection of locally-written stories actually ties back to another fun project we did a while back. The City of Bloomington lets local artists and organizations apply to paint area utility boxes. We applied and were awarded three. The designs we submitted were based on kids’ artwork submitted through the writers contest. So if you drive around Bloomington, you’ll see one for The Girl with the Golden Hair, one for the Magical Penguin, and one for Bob the Whale Shark. And we’re glad to now have a Bob cartoon, too!
