This week we rock out with The 123s, a kickin’ kindie rock band based in Bloomington. We actually taped two episodes worth of content with The 123s, so you’ll see them again in another episode in the Spring (oh, the magic of television!).
These guys are a ton of fun and are a great jam band. A jam band is a band that usually has lots of performers and specializes in prolonged improvisational passages. Jam bands are great for dance parties, which is why we tried really hard to get as many kids in the studio as possible. You’ll see in this episode that we did a pretty good job filling up our space. These episodes are great to make, as they are just plain fun. We don’t need book learnin’ all the time – smiling and moving your body is just as important!
